About this apartment rental
Casa Granado is located in the car-free zone of Huerta de los Frailes in Conil’s Old Town, nestled among small, typical Andalusian alleyways. The Old Town center is a 3-minute walk away, and the beautiful sandy beach of Los Bateles is less than a 10-minute walk away.
The apartment is spread over two floors of a building that contains a total of four apartments. You could say that Casa Granado consists of two apartments. On the first floor is the main apartment, featuring a relatively small living room with a sofa and armchair, a fully equipped and spacious kitchen-dining area, a bedroom with a double bed (150 cm), and a bathroom with a shower. An air conditioning unit is installed in the hallway, ensuring comfortable room temperatures year-round.
Access to the second bedroom with two single beds (90 cm each), the second shower room, and the private rooftop terrace on the second floor is not via the main apartment but through the building’s stairwell. From the private, furnished rooftop terrace—complete with a shaded pergola—you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea. Two sun loungers are also provided.
In-house Wi-Fi via fiber-optic technology is available free of charge.
Parking is generally a challenge in the old town, but we’re happy to assist our guests in finding a spot.
