About this villa rental
New villa (2021), fully air-conditioned, of 107 m², on a plot of 770 m², with infinity pool.
The villa, its land and its swimming pool will be entirely reserved for you. A barbecue/plancha will allow you to cook outdoors if you wish.
A large terrace surrounds the infinity pool. It is equipped with garden furniture with cushions, 6 deckchairs, and a table and chairs that allow you to spend a stay outside, day and night, as it is protected from the sun by a removable electric awning and lighting.
The dining room/living room/kitchen make up a large living space of more than 60m².
The 3 bedrooms have a surface area of 11 m² each, with 2 of them accessing through a French window directly onto the terrace. They are equipped with a 160 cm bed, a 140 cm bed and a 140 cm BZ sofa/bed, allowing a comfortable bed for 6 people.
The villa has a bathroom with double sink and walk-in shower and WC, as well as a second separate WC equipped with a sink.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and a second large fridge is available in the laundry room, as well as a very large freezer.
Each room is air-conditioned and has its own thermostat.
The garage will be at your disposal to store bicycles, strollers or others...

From the beginning of the booking we know that this would be a trouble free holiday. Alain was very quick to respond to questions and nothing was too much trouble when we arrived before check in time.
Both Pauline and Alain are hosts that strive to make their guests stay the most comfortable they can.
The gite is new and extremely well appointed. Having aircon in each room is a welcome addition to escape the heat of midday sun. There is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy and the location is quiet without being isolated. The area has many places to visit in all directions, with Pont du Gard being the most impressive.
Kitchen is well appointed with a large fridge and freezer and perfect to us to enjoy meals on the patio.
There is nothing to improve, perfect gite in a stunning location in France
