The location was very central, lots of places near by to go for food and to see different sights. And the view from the balcony was lovely, very clean room and the bed was very comfortable too. Its also very quiet which was suprising for the area. I'd definitely stay again!
I struggled to connect to the wifi but that could be a user error! You do get approached to go into restaurants and such nearby, but that's just the nature of the location, everyone was polite and friendly.

Location is excellent, in Baixa, on a pedestrian-only street. Tourist-central, which means some noise, but the windows are double-paned. The bed is very comfortable, the room is updated and comfortable, with air conditioning.. There is a small fridge, and grocery stores are walking distance, as is the subway and many of the sights.
Nice cafe for coffee and pastries around the corner, and in the evening had ice cream.
The drain pipe under the bathroom sink started leaking when we turned on the taps. We used the kitchen sink instead.
There need to be more hooks or towel rods in the bathroom.

Very central. Lovely bright room.
You can hear quite a lot of noise from all the restaurants. Music from early morning until late evening. No cleaning or change of towels and bedding. We were there for 8 nights. Also no instruction as to where rubbish should be put. Coffee machine would have been nice.

Homeless person lives right outside the from door. He is there everyday .
