This accommodation was in a beautiful and tranquil setting. It is definitely a place to recharge batteries after a busy time in South India. The rooms were perfect. The amenities were great, the pool was great for cooling down in and big enough for a swim. The spa was an added extra bonus. But the best bit was the friendlyness of the staff...nothing was too much bother to them, they ensured the guests stay was their highest priority. The food in the restaurant was top notch, tasty and cooked well. I was delighted to be chosen to be part of the International Chef Day celebration and it was great to see management honouring the whole chef team. And the cake was delicious too!

Lunch was too expensive. The price of buffet was not displayed, no one told us and my bad that even I didn't ask before having it. Regarding breakfast, it was too late to get the entire items made available. Evening tea and snacks, too long it took and finally we got cold tea. Only french fries was the available snacks which is not a common item and not up to the mark.
The external area ( lake side) was not maintained well. Swimming pool water circulation switched off in the evening and not turned on for next day till we checkout. Hair dryer was not working and I complained the same but no one attended it.
