The staffs are so friendly and helpful. I like the location that is not busy. The room is quite big and comfortable.
1. Air Conditioning: We had to change rooms because the air conditioning in our first room was not cooling the room at all. Fortunately, the reception staff were helpful and arranged another room for us, which was in better condition.
2. Breakfast: The breakfast was quite disappointing. The food selection was limited, and the quality and taste could be improved. We expected a little more variety.
3. Room Lighting: The room was quite dark, and the lighting was too dim, especially in the bathroom. This could be dangerous for elderly guests, as it makes it difficult to see clearly when stepping into or moving around the bathroom. The bedroom also had only warm, low lighting, which made the already dark room feel even darker. We would suggest adding brighter lighting or giving guests the option to adjust the brightness for better comfort and safety.

Many facilities and good pools
The staff on the morning we were leaving were not at reception on time for us to be able to check out and were very disorganised in helping us check out delaying us by 15 mins to leave for the airport when they had booked the taxi for us so knew our departure time
