The hotel itself was clean, comfortable and well located for Petra, just 5-8minutes walk to the visitors centre.
I stayed here as a solo traveller while visiting Petra, and the thing I'll remember most about this hotel is Mohammed Fahed.
There is no problem I brought to him that he didn't solve, including transport, timings single time, he sorted it out, and never once made me feel like I was asking for too much.
Every time I came through the lobby he greeted me like a friend rather than a guest, conversations with him were just a pleasure. He's the reason I'd definitely come back to the hotel :)

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The location is absolutely fantastic, conveniently close to the Visitor Center and the historical site, with a breathtaking view overlooking the site that makes the stay truly special.
The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. Their excellent hospitality and willingness to help made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay.
The food was delicious, with great quality and a lovely variety that made every meal enjoyable. The combination of excellent food, outstanding service, and a beautiful location made our experience even more memorable.
This hotel is the perfect choice for anyone looking to enjoy the historical site while relaxing in a comfortable atmosphere with stunning views and wonderful hospitality.
A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area! 🌟

Absolutely amazing stay from start to finish!
Room was amazing and one of the only hotels in the area where you can get a balcony. Beautiful sunsets!
Mohammad F was outstanding, he was friendly, helpful and took care of us.
The porter (we didn’t catch his name, so sorry!) was also lovely, helpful and very well mannered.
We recognise times have been difficult for tourism in Petra recently and would really encourage anyone thinking to visit to stay here - you won’t regret it 🌹
The hotel is lucky to have such brilliant staff and the hospitality is amazing.

The room was very clean and spacy and the views was nice. The breakfast and the dinner were ok. Would love it if there were some more choices.
Our main issue was the front desk.
First of all they never mentioned that there is a free option of a free bus shuttle that takes you to the back entrance of the Petra’s path. They only mentioned a taxi option that is super overpriced (25 JOD) for a 5-10 minutes ride.
On the checkout we specifically asked if the luggage room was locked because we had valuable items in our luggage and they said “Yes”. When we returned to collect them the shift had changed and therefore we had never met them before. Our luggage was out in the open near the front desk desk. I just said that this luggage is mine and they said ok, I grabbed it and left with no more questions.
As of someone that works in the hospitality industry both of these actions are highly unprofessional.
