Newly renovated and very nice. Manger was overly accommodating and worked with us as we needed an extra day. Discounted our last night and offered to move our bags. We were there for a race weekend at I57. Highly recommend.
Coffee could have a stronger option and selection of sweetener. But ok really.

The staff was great, had trouble with tv and they replaced it quickly. Easy check in, and convenient location. Beds were comfortable.
I visit Benton every year born and raised. I would like to see the coffee machines in the room. Every time i went to get coffee no cups or coffee…. Frown

Location
I would have like to have been able to make my own coffee in the room. Towels were not very soft or clean & there were no tissues. Toiletries were scarce in very tiny packets. I could not activate the shower, had to call the office.
Sheets were put on the bed incorrectly. I had reserved a "Superior" double room, which they did not give me.
