The building was lovely. It’s only a 10 minute bus ride or tram ride into town, and for the time spent commuting, you get more space, and therefore more value. We were happy to be 10 minutes away where it was more quiet and still very accessible.
Luca was a great host and welcomed us in wholeheartedly. He was happy to chat and ensure our stay got off the right way. He accommodated requests and made himself available helpful.
Shower needs cleaning.

Location, space and check-in was easy and host was friendly..outdoor space is great.
The lack of bed linen and stained duvet. No top sheet or duvet cover. When requested a duvet cover was given another insert and told that's what you use. The noise from upstairs feels as though it's in the room when sleeping and very loud...it's due to very poor insulation in the walls and ceiling. Was woken up several times because of the noise.

Красивый стиль. Для фотографий самое то.
Все очень непродуманно и неухоженно. Что-то сломано. Розеток нет ни у одного письменного стола. В ванной нет крючков. Нет ухода за объектом.
