Enjoy a wonderful vacation in our vacation home on Kratzmühlsee.
The excellent location invites you to relax, but also to enjoy a wide range of leisure activities.
The 50-square-meter “roof-only” house features 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, an additional sleeping area in a walk-through room, and a sofa bed for 1 person, bringing the maximum occupancy to 6 people. A bathroom with a new shower awaits you. A spacious living area, including the kitchen and dining area, completes the interior.
The covered terrace invites you to enjoy a leisurely breakfast, a delicious lunch, a delightful dinner, or simply a relaxing break.
The highlight of the large garden—the hot tub—awaits you.
A specially landscaped sandy beach with beach furniture, a fire pit, and a grill round out the beautiful outdoor area.
The house comes with 2 parking spaces located directly on the property.
A beautiful view of nature, the Altmühl River, and Kratzmühl Lake are the absolute highlights of our vacation home.
The excellent location offers the ideal starting point for fishing, cycling, hiking, hang gliding, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking/boating, high-rope climbing, and much more.
Good shopping options and a wide variety of restaurants can be found in Beilngries, about 5 km away.
Numerous attractions:
—such as the Denkendorf Dinosaur Park, the Kratzmühle Technology Museum, or the historic town center of Beilngries—are just a few options for a varied leisure experience.
The Kratzmühle vacation village is located between Kinding and Beilngries, just a few kilometers from the A9 Munich–Nuremberg highway.
