Exceeded our expectation. Huge attic room for three of us. Very clean. Super friendly staff. The restaurant in the hotel is amazing. I literally looked up why it was not Michelin rated using AI, and the answer I got was the food critics don't usually travel far south to the rural area. Everything (including appetizers, entries, deserts) was fantastic, definitely comparable if not better than some of the Michelin restaurants we tried in Paris. We will definitely come back to this hotel if we go to the region again.

This was such a beautiful and peaceful stay. Also, their restaurant, room service menu, and breakfast are top of class. We stayed on the very top floor.

This is a gorgeous house and setting for exploring the Loire. Dining area is beautifully appointed - windows to the Loire and decorated in an elegant and creative way. In particular they have cleverly designed the lighting to look like small hot air balloons and placed fabric wall coverings to absorb sound. The overall effect is intimate, sophisticated and welcoming. The new restaurant for evening dining was excellent and a wonderful way to end the day! James graciously offered to drive us to our early train when we left. Thank you for a most amazing stay and for your help in answering questions and organizing bicycles. We cannot wait to return.

Excellent location from which to explore the Loire Valley. Beautiful boutique hotel with friendly welcome and delicious food. Would highly recommend.
