Calm and quiet location, central to a lot of local options. Great pool (not heated which is normal in Tuscany), good outdoor area and restaurant was excellent and manager and staff couldn’t be nicer. Room was comfortable, good quality bed and linen & good wifi connectivity, room was a good size, well designed and bathroom modern with great water pressure. Tea making facilities in room, small bar fridge and they have tried to anticipate all requirements. No TV in room but not something we missed or needed.
It’s a small podere on a little hilltop with a working olive and wine production so lovely views but not extensive facilities apart from pool and restaurant (both of which were great) Its more ‘modern’ in style than some older properties we looked at but it’s very well maintained and run. We had a great stay and would happily return .

The building is gorgeous & the property was lovely. From the moment we stepped in and were greeted in reception we were so well taken care of. The service was exceptional and when my husband was ill they offered going to the pharmacy and went above and beyond to make out stay as comfortable as possible. We had dinner in the restuarant for the two nights we stayed and the food was so good, their tiramisu is truly the best we’ve had after three weeks in Italy.
There was nothing not to like really. It is somewhat secluded and can be a bit of a drive to other locations and vineyards but the roads are pretty so for us we quite enjoyed it.

We have always read how beautiful Tuscany is – now we have seen it.
This hotel is perfectly located, within reach of the famous Tuscany and Umbria small towns – BUT it is totally surrounded by nature.
The view is absolutely amazing, and the atmosphere is relaxing.
The rooms are very high class. Very large. Extremely modern and comfortable.
The restaurant is excellent.
And not less important – the staff is friendly, helpful and professional.
We already recommended to all our friends!
