Spacious apartment (at least 115 square meters) with a lake view and a private, secluded garden, right on the lake (100 meters away), not far from a beautiful public park (Parco Civico Teresio Olivelli) where you can swim. The apartment is located on Via Pietro Lingeri, next to a wonderful, traditional wine bar, Cantina Folie, which is also popular with Italians. It’s 100 m from the ferry dock (speedboat) to Como, in the immediate vicinity of Villa Carlotta (400 m), in a very well-maintained, typically Italian neighborhood. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard and cannot be compared to a typical vacation rental. It is rented out only occasionally. It features a private dressing room, dishwasher, washing machine, large TV, etc.
