Very pleasant and helpful staff. Brilliant location close to Notre Dame and the Seine with lots of nice restaurants around. Good double glazing, so quiet even though overlooking the street

Wonderfully convenient hotel near Saint Michel, and easy walk to Metro, Restaurants, Notre Dame and lively, exciting areas. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room immaculate and comfortable—and the maid service kept it that way, every day. I so enjoyed my stay and look forward to coming back again next year.

Wonderful location and friendly staff. But the hotel badly needs a renovation. The shower floor was missing several tiles, looking quite dangerous. There was black mold on the walls, and the carpets in the lobby and stairs are worn out and need replacement.
Location !!! And staff.
