About this apartment rental
Direct waterfront views of Cape Cod Bay. Completely renovated beautifully appointed 1st floor condo with air-conditioning and white oak hardwood flooring throughout. Spectacular fully equipped kitchen with white quartz counters and a center island. The living room is appointed with a leather sofa, 65" TV and private deck overlooking the bay.
The condo is perfectly situated on the East End of Provincetown at Bay Colony approx. 1.5 mile from from the Boston Ferry, Monument and Provincetown center. Our home is steps from the beach and an approx. mile walk through the dunes to the Atlantic Ocean. Beautiful sunsets, parades and fireworks (4th of July) can be enjoyed from the deck. The carnival parade begins next door at the Harbor hotel. Tailgate before the parade and preview the antiques cars and floats. Parking is located directly by our main entrance, additional parking is provided. Our home is also a short walk to all that Provincetown has to offer with many shops, art galleries and restaurants. For those who wish transportation, the town loop stops directly in front of our home.
A swimming pool is located next door also featuring a poolside grille, drinks and cocktails for those who want to be pampered there is an onsite waitress.

This year the entire complex has renovated the exterior proving a beautiful new look featuring grey cedar siding, new led exterior lighting and refaced entrances. We absoluty loved our stay at this property. The description was accurate, and the best part was that the host was available and easy to contact. We actually extended our stay since we loved it so much. The only downfall I would say is the VRBO and the fees that it adds to the cost, which makes it expensive. I dont see why VRBO charges the same amount that a host charges for fees. There should be a section or a way to extend your stay without having to pay the fees all over again. However that being said the property was spectacular, with an amazing view of the beach, the beach is walking distance from the house, and when you stay there it is very easy to get into town with a pedi bike cab. We will be staying there again.

I stayed a couple of nights and everything was so easy, it was like returning home. There are lots of little touches that make it feel special. You can feel that it is well cared for. I would definitely recommend and return!
