The property and the staff. Both exceptional

9 / 10

Pleasant stay by the sea, beautiful views.

Property is a sea facing Property with great views, situated in a local village 20min by car from the ferry terminal, rooms are spacious and clean, the caretaker is very courteous and the food is very good. They make food as per order and it is extremely affordable, there are many beaches nearby and our family will visit the Property in future, highly recommend place for a peaceful stay.

If you are a extravagant person maybe this may not be the place for you.

We booked this hotel based on the photographs and description shown online, which gave an impression

Nothing.

We booked this hotel based on the photographs and description shown online, which gave an impression that it was clean, safe, close to the beach (1.9 km from Mandwa Beach), and had good food with quick service. However, our experience was completely opposite. When we arrived, the hotel was far from the beach, the room had a strong unpleasant smell due to excessive use of phenyl, and it clearly wasn’t clean. The washroom was unhygienic, and despite informing the staff, the problem was not resolved — they simply repeated the same cleaning with strong chemicals, making the smell even worse. The food served was burned and only provided after repeatedly asking for it. Overall, the place felt very untidy and poorly maintained, nothing like the photos shown online. My family refused to stay there for health and hygiene reasons. We didn’t even use the room or unpack, yet the management refused to refund the full amount and deducted more than half the room price without a valid reason. Very disappointing experience — completely misleading from what was promised online.
