Location: Located near places of attraction (within walkable distance) and the ride to the old town via Didi was quite convenient too.
Breakfast: Decent spread for breakfast
View: Amazzzzzing view of the river and night scene.
The lobby staff could have been more proactive in terms of helping out with luggage/opening the taxi doors when we are at the main entrance. Often have to be prompted before help is given.

Beautiful location, clean and great coffee.
I understand it’s a non smoking hotel but the room and hallways constantly smelt of cigarette smoke. There was even cigarette ash on the bathroom floor upon arrival.
Communication with some staff was a little difficult at times.

Location was good
Lobby lights were not on during the day and front desk seems slower and blurer compared to other hotels.
