Incredibly rude host, unreliable Wifi, otherwise ok appartment

Vassena is a nice village. It is quiet and the view is lovely. The appartment was clean.

The host was incredibly rude and unprofessional. There was a miscummunication regarding which beds we needed and she reacted in the unfriedliest possible way. Details for those interested: We were four adults and needed three rooms (since two of the adults did not want to sleep in the same room). That is how we searched on booking.com, we found this place (2 bedrooms, 1 living room with sofa bed) and booked it. We assumed that the way we searched/ the fact that we needed three seperate rooms for sleeping would be transmitted to the hosts. Apparently booking.com didn't pass on this information and all they were informed about was 4 adults. So they made up the two bedrooms and not the sofa bed. In itself this was not the problem, it would be easily changable. We pointed out that we needed the sofa bed instead of thw second bed in the second bedroom and repeatedly offered to open the sofa bed and transfer the sheets from bed nr. 2 to the sofa bed ourselfes. Instead of simply letting us do this or doing it quickly, the host proceeded to discuss with us extremely rudely for at least 20 minutes, demanding to see where exactly on the booking confirmation it was written that we had the right to have a person sleeping in the third room and complaining about how it was a waste of sheets (we repeatedly told her that we would be happy to have the sheets from bed nr. 2 on the sofa bed, she proceeded to put new ones on it anyway). During the night one of the legs of the sofa bed collapsed and we had to try to put it up again. I really do not recommend you sleep or even sit on that sofa. Wifi is extremely unreliable, it works for 1 minute and then doesn't for 5. When I asked the host about the wifi she said "I am connected so it should work". As unfortunately is common, we got only one key for four people. When I asked about another key, she just said "there is just one key" in her usual rude tone.
