Recommend stay at the center of Laval

Well designed place, it is well maintained, it has all the needed facilities, very big free parking 300 meter from the room, a walking distance from the center

The entrance from the street is little spooky, but this all changing when enter the room

We have difficulty to find Towels . I think it’s good if towels are in bathroom! Other than that everything was good!

Disappointed

The location of the apartment was unbeatable, right in the center of town, and the building itself was very cool. It was clearly from the medieval era, with a spiral stone staircase to access the apartment. The apartment was also well laid out, with a sizable living room and bedroom, and view of the castle.

Unfortunately, many basic amenities were missing, making the stay incredibly unpleasant, to the point that we left a day early. There was no hand soap or shower soap, the hot water was at best lukewarm and ran out quickly, and the apartment was very cold. There were no extra sheets in the unit, and since the property had not realized that my friend and I wanted to use both beds, my friend had to sleep without sheets the first night. I was told they would have set it up for us if we had marked three persons staying there, but to me, there should always be an extra sheets set in case of accidents or whatnot, so I do not find this satisfactory. There was also no laundry detergent and exactly one dishwasher pod for a four night stay. The window in the bedroom's curtain was also broken and laying on the window sill, so we had to use sofa cushions to block the light. The unit was also not cleaned well, with things like the comforter having stains on it. To get in touch with the host I had to call--fortunately I speak french, but I found it incredibly frusterating that I could not simply message. When we left early, it took eight hours for the host to send the automated checkout instructions after I asked for them. Probably the worst aspect, however, was that there was no parking, as advertised on the listing. The host was incredibly vague about where to park, and our car was towed due to the Saturday morning market and his lack of clarity. This cost us an entire stressful afternoon and 100 euros. It's a shame, because I feel that the apartment itself is quite nice. But all the final touches--heat, cleanliness, soap, responsiveness, and honesty about the parking situation, ruined the experience.

Pas de rideaux à la chambre , donc vous allez avoir trop de lumière la nuit et vous allez devoir réveiller trop tôt, pas de rideaux à la duché et une vieille serviette comme tapis. Venez avec l’espace pour payer votre tax séjour.
