Beautiful, historic home in a great location. If you know Nauvoo it’s near the old pioneer cemetery, so it’s quiet but close to everything. Our host was amazing - genuinely friendly, knowledgable and helpful - and of course as others have said breakfast was awesome. I feel like returning to visit would be catching up with an old friend or staying at your grandmother’s house (although it’s the house that’s old, not the host!) We stayed in the attic with our two kids and each of the three beds occupies a different roof gable so although it was one room everyone had their own space. Perfect.
The shower was a little small, but I’d stay there again in a heartbeat anyway.
