Location was excellent-
Facility was clean
i would recommend it further
Visitor Card was not only shown and explained to us AFTER THE STAY WHEN IT WAS NO MORE USEFUL, but was also charged separately and to be paid directly in cash. This is very unattractive. One does not have proof of the total payments accrued.
Suggestions:
1. Make Card optional
2. Explain its uses and advantages at the reception when guest arrives
3. Make payments inclusive in the main bill.
