This hotel was far from the main places to visit in Florence. It also smelled bad, and had a really loud water pump. The room also looked old and rustic, which made it feel unclean/not well upkeeped. The staff was not present to help and did not answer all our questions. I would not recommend.

6 / 10

I will stay somewhere else next time.

3 / 10

The location is just perfect, however, the property is Run-down and the is no window in one of the room. On top of that, I saw no fire detectors and no emergency exit.

4 / 10

Good location. AC never fully cooled the room. One room didn’t have a window. Bathroom had a very annoying pump or motor. Bed was comfortable.

Very good location. Well maintained. Staff very responsive

8 / 10Excellent·Jun 2026

Managed to book this last minute, location is convenient and a short walk to the Santa Maria Novella train station, lots of shops and eateries nearby and a walking distance to most popular attractions Pleasantly surprised by the size of the bathroom, was big and has all amenities needed for the stay. The TV was not functioning properly during the first 2 nights of stay and got fixed on the last night… but better late than never i guess? Overall a good experience and would book again

Excellent location, great bathroom with nice shower. Easy to reach front desk via text as there was never a person at desk.Everything was always answered and attended to. Would stay again.
