About this apartment rental
Welcome to the "Sonnenschein" vacation rental.
We rent out our beautiful, quiet, and cozy ground-floor vacation rental, "Sonnenschein," for 1 to 3 people.
You’ll find a freshly renovated and well-laid-out apartment on the first floor of an apartment building (built in 1997).
The apartment is wheelchair-accessible and features not only its own terrace but also a parking space in the underground garage.
The vacation rental is located in Montabaur, in the Horessen district, on a quiet side street.
All shopping amenities are conveniently accessible within a 2-minute drive.
Since we are very centrally located, the cities of Bad Ems, Koblenz, Limburg, Cologne, and Bonn are within easy reach.
The Montabaur ICE station, the FOC (Factory Outlet Center), Gackenbach Zoo, and the beautiful downtown area of Montabaur are also just a stone’s throw away.

For relaxing moments, you have your own terrace with patio furniture and a grill at your disposal.
The vacation rental features 1 double bed, 1 single bed, and a travel crib is also available.
The vacation rental can accommodate 2 to 3 people plus a baby.
We ask for your understanding that, out of consideration for future guests, smoking is permitted only outside the apartment.
Dogs are not allowed!

Fully equipped kitchen with microwave (including grill function), dishwasher, oven (including glass-ceramic cooktop), refrigerator, freezer, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, silverware, pots, pans, etc.
Washing machine, clothes dryer, satellite Smart TV in the living area, travel crib, free Wi-Fi, board games, grill, dish towels, clothes rack including iron and ironing board, etc.

Fresh linens are provided for all beds upon arrival, and each guest receives one shower towel and one regular towel upon arrival.
Price for the vacation rental:
67 euros per night for 2 people; each additional
person is 10 euros extra per night. Children under 6 years old stay free
Plus a one-time fee of 70.00 euros, including final cleaning, gas, water, and electricity.
Rentals require a minimum stay of 3 nights.
The vacation rental is available year-round as a non-smoking unit.
