Excellent location! It is close to everything you need, yet situated in a very quiet and peaceful area. Our studio was located on the first floor and is very bright, spacious, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is also large and has great water pressure, which was fantastic. The bed is highly comfortable and comes with an extra pillow that really helps you rest well. Additionally, the check-in process was completely smooth and hassle-free, and the owner was extremely kind, allowing us to store our luggage after check-out
Overall, the stay was excellent and there is really nothing major to complain about. However, as minor suggestions for improvement, I would recommend adding a toaster to the kitchen and providing one more pillow so guests can have a total of four. Aside from those small details, everything was perfect!

Great base for exploring Ghent. Very comfortable for 4 adults, quiet location near to main tourist sites. Excellent supermarket and restaurants nearby. Good beds and well equipped kitchen. Lovely spacious living area. Easy access from train station via bus.
Can’t really think of anything other than not much in the way of trees / green areas in immediate vicinity!

The studio is fully equipped with everything you need, including a fully functioning kitchenette. The furniture is modern, the bed is very comfortable, and the atmosphere inside is lovely and welcoming. It is quite spacious, located in a quiet area right in the old town, and everything is within a few minutes' walking distance. There are bus and tram stations very close by. Also, the value for money is excellent. We highly recommend it!
