About this house rental
I live in a small, very quiet courtyard where you can hear the birds singing in the morning. My home consists of a bright living room with an open kitchen, a cozy bedroom with a very comfortable king-size bed (160×200), and a large bathroom with a big bathtub. The neighborhood is very nice, located between Rue de Belleville (a bustling shopping street) and Buttes Chaumont Park; the Ourcq Canal is a 15-minute walk away.

Very good location with three subway lines within walking distance. Bakery and grocery store 3 mins walk away. The apartment has all you need for a comfortable stay.

Very homey. We loved the light coming from the skylight and the fact that it was a real home, not just a rental for tourists was a plus.

We enjoyed staying here, the home owner clearly has put a lot of love into the space. He was super nice and responsive when we reached out. It is a great layout and had everything we needed. We love to cook, and were especially grateful for the many supplies in the kitchen. We would definitely return to stay here!
