2 Bedroom, 2 bath GULF FRONT CORNER UNIT! Beautiful newly remodeled 2/2 large corner unit with fabulous views of the gulf. No crowded beaches and no waiting for elevators in this low density building. Located across from Big Kahuna water park and walking distance to breakfast, lunch and dinner! Its located on the 6th floor so you can see into the water and watch the dolphins play. Enjoy all the comforts of home with 3 TV's, 2 of which are Smart TV's and has 2 DVD players. Sleeps 8 - has a King bed in the master bedroom 2 Full beds in the guest bedroom with a sleeper sofa in the living room. Professionally decorated with all new (2018) stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, countertops, cabinets, flooring, paint...too much to name.

Excellent property! Beautifully decorated! Perfect location. Walk right out to the beach! Property has private beach access and with the small size of the property the beach is not crowded at all! Beds were comfortable! Kitchen well stocked! Nice washer & dryer. Wished we could have stayed longer but family schedules only allowed for a long weekend! Would definitely stay here again!

Overall this was a good place to stay. The pictures were accurate. The beach is beautiful and clean. The cleaning service could do a little better. There was a finger print on the bathroom door that was red in color that was definitely missed by the cleaning crew. I cleaned it up with Clorox wipes. The cabinet doors above the stove were coated in grease and dust. That’s not eye level for most but my husband and I are both very tall people so it was easy for us to see. We had a very uncomfortable interaction when guests arrived and entered the condo after 9pm. The owner had apparently rented the condo out to them a day too soon. This situation could have been very bad for all parties had we been asleep when they entered. For this reason I would not recommend anyone stay at this particular condo. Safety is imperative when traveling with a family.
