We received such a warm welcome on arrival, even though we were early. The staff kindly organised a coffee for us while they finished preparing our room and then allowed us to check in early, which was wonderful!
The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the old town and close to lovely restaurants and shops. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and breakfast was beautifully organised, with special homemade treats such as freshly baked cake.
A thoroughly enjoyable stay with wonderful hospitality. We would happily return and highly recommend!

The staff working there were amazing! Easy to get to any point in the city and free parking is really close by.

Conveniently situated. Clean, small, tidy room, separate en-suite. Arrived late left early the next morning so cannot really give a commentary but we liked what we saw.
Not there long enough to judge.

Location was good.
Lightning on the stairs was terrible! Motion lights took a long time to come on! Breakfast didn’t start till 9.00 am! When we told the receptionist that we had an early start there was no offer of an early breakfast or of a bag breakfast.
