Lovely house in a fantastic location, just a 10-minute from the town centre or theatre, and only about 15 minutes’ walk to Anne Hathaway’s house, which is well worth a visit. Immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. Plenty of room for our family of five - three bedrooms upstairs plus a sofa bed in the snug, as well as a separate living space open plan to the kitchen. Always delighted when our three teens can have separate rooms without sacrificing a living space!
Tiny point but we could have done with a second key for when we did separate things.

The location is perfect for town and the home is very comfortable with many amenities.
There were a few signs of uncleanliness such as some rubbish between the bedside table and the bed but overall this was a minor flaw.

Proximity to town is good. Nice to have a Christmas tree and champagne glasses for the time of year.
Needs a deep clean and the refurbishment is clearly a cheap job.
