BZ37 - Descontentamento em casa com falta de manutenção e informações claras
Atendimento inicial na imobiliária Búzios Hosting ok. Já que chegamos antes do horário previsto e foi possível deixar as malas até a casa estar liberada.
Reclamação iniciada neste tópico por falta de espaço no tópico abaixo:
Fiz uma reserva para os dias 18/01/25 a 25/01/25 (7 diárias) na casa BZ37 em Búzios localizado no condomínio Merlim Azul. Já no primeiro dia entrei em contato via Whatsapp indicando vários itens que careciam de manutenção como cortinas que não abriam (arrebentadas) e/ou que não possível realizar a abertura e um chuveiro que estava com a resistência queimada. Ainda via contato pelo Whatsapp informaram que seria enviada uma equipe para manutenção, porém nenhum equipe ou pessoa responsável foi enviada para dar suporte. No dia 20/01/25 um dos 05 ares-condicionados parou de funcionar. Entrei novamente em contato informando a situação e novamente indicando a necessidade de consertarem um dos 05 chuveiros por volta de 19h. Devido ao horário não conseguiram enviar um técnico para realizar a manutenção e foi marcado para a manhã seguinte. Com muito custo conseguiram informar um horário para a manutenção às 10:30. Após 15 minutos de atrasos entrei em contato perguntando sobre o técnico e foi informado que estava no trânsito. Após mais de 1h de atraso o técnico ainda não havia chegado, ou seja ficamos uma manhã inteira e nada. O técnico foi chegar às 13h e realizou a manutenção do ar e do chuveiro.
Reclamação iniciada no tópico acima, devido ao espaço disponível insuficiente, logo, continuação: No mesmo dia à noite houve uma queda de energia apenas na casa BZ37 do condomínio, devido ao erro de dimensionamento do padrão de entrada (relógio da ENEL) o disjuntor desarmou e até localizar o disjuntor e verificar o fato foi 30 min no escuro. Resolvemos por nossa conta já que técnico levaria mais tempo para voltar. Devido ao atraso para realização da manutenção do ar-condicionado a Karine (Búzios Hosting) informou que seria estornado o valor 1/2 meia diária 998,85. Para realizar a reserva da casa BZ37 é necessário um caução de 800,00 indicado em "Informações Importantes" do Booking. Fora tudo isso ainda há uma informação sobre a casa de cobrança de energia elétrica acima de 60 kwh, porém NÃO é indicado, em momento algum, o período, ou seja, se é por dia, por estadia, por semana, por mês etc. Como se trata de uma casa de alto padrão com 5 quartos, 5 chuveiros, 5 ares-condicionados, piscina com hidromassagem e bomba de água é subentendido que o consumo, no mínimo, deve ser por diária, uma vez que todos os itens que a casa possui o valor de 60 kwh não seria suficiente para nada. Ao realizar o check-out foi informado "Consumo: 572kw - cota 100kw = 472kw x 1,40 = R$660,80." Destaque: no primeiro dia não fomos junto ao responsável pela entrega das chaves verificar o relógio, apenas recebemos uma foto do relógio.
Concluindo me sinto enganado já que ao reservar uma estadia pelo Booking de 13.984,00 em alta temporada em Búzios ainda ser cobrado por energia elétrica sendo que não houve em momento algum desperdício ou mau uso de energia elétrica, apenas ares-condicionados ligados durante o período em que estávamos no quarto e hidromassagem da piscina ligada ao final do dia.
Por fim, é informado que o estorno do caução é realizado em até 7 dias, sendo que tive em entrar em contato novamente já que o prazo não cumprido.
