Overall, happy with the stay. Looking forward to exploring other family room.

Collecting of property keys could be much simpler. Accept cash for refunded deposit if possible. May not be suitable for those without smartphone to access information with poor networks at the surroundings.

The complimentary coffee vouchers can be replaced by let say RM5 to purchase at mart shop at the ground floor. Provide complimentary 3 in 1 coffee/tea sachet or a can or 2 soda drinks for welcoming guest. Taking the lift down can be a challenge especially with many guests. May want to consider dedicating/prioritizing lift at low, mid and high floor.

besar sangat dan kanak2 suka sebab ada kids corner dan game untuk dewasa pun banyak, ada racing, ps4, karaoke dan bilik semua lawa selesa

yang tak bestnya setiap malam mesti ada cina rumah bawah complaint kami bising sedangkan semua dah tido takde org yg tengah bising, hari kedua tu pukul 8pm dia naik atas complaint ckp kami main bola sampai bawah dengar, sedangkan masa tu semua pegi mandi pool yg tinggal 5 org tapi kami semua kat bilik atas tengah baring belari pegi bawah sebb dia tekan loceng tak berhenti, selagi tak buka pintu dia taknak stop tekan loceng, spoil betul
