Only coffee was available and a little space to consume it. Rooms, small, but well organized. BATHROOM GOOD. Personnel were very helpful.

The location
The lounge with water dispenser n vending machines
The lifts are super slow
There is a musky smell when you step into the reception. It would be good for the hotel to have some air freshener so that the front desk smells nice

Such a brilliant location. Lots of lovely shops and restaurants just steps from the door
The bathroom was a little dirty in the corns and the shower was ridiculous. It had a shower head that was always in the wrong direction

Nothing. They ripped me off $275
My friend came to Tokyo with his hire car and we decided to head to Osaka with him instead of stay in Akasuka. The three nights I booked was $275 and they refused to refund it, even when booking.com reached out on my behalf.
