It was centrally located and very convenient.
The fact that the massage parlour only opened in the evening.

Hospitality, support of the personal
some rood man among guests in a public place with hate speeches about other nationalities and women

Clean, all facilities work, hot water fast, good breakfast, bit expensive tho.
Some staff was rude but that’s fine. The vegetarian burger was so expensive and so disgusting it’s ridiculous. Plus it looked too much like meat. The prices of the restaurant are too much and food is not good. But breaking was okay.

It was super clean, with very comfortable beds. In general, the hotel and spa look nice.
The restaurant food and breakfast were great.
The steps leading into the pool were loose and unstable, and nobody seemed to be fixing them. We also spoke to other hotel guests who said they had already been staying for 7 days and the issue still had not been addressed.
In our room, it was not possible to open the window at all. We were allowed to use the air conditioning, but it was not working properly either. At least, the reception staff were able to adjust it remotely to the temperature we wanted.
