Beautiful view and comfortable
It is a construction site outside, there is only one exit through the garage and the garage door played up so we had to lift it up manually to get in and out.
You can’t get down the back stairs because there is no landing and it is fenced off due to the construction

Spacious and beautiful house with good ocean view.
There are surface dusts a lot of areas, carpets in every area are musty, cabinets are smelly and kitchen utensils/cutleries are dirty. The house is beautiful but unfortunately poorly maintained. Myself and another family member got sick as we have dust allergies, we developed cold and cough which cleared up 2 days after we left the place.
