La proximité de la plage et la déco du logement
Après avoir récupérer les clés à l’agence, nous avons pris possession de l’appartement seul et sans état des lieux
Grosse déception en arrivant, puisque sur les photos l’on peut voir qu’il y a une petite cour extérieur clôturé est fermé par un portillon, mais malheureusement il n’en est rien. Les ouvertures ne sont que des fenêtres et donc aucun accès sur l’extérieur.
Pas de rideaux aux fenêtres alors que nous sommes en rez de chaussé et qu’il est indiqué qu’avec les filtres sur les vitres, on ne nous voit pas de l’extérieur, ce qui est totalement faux puisque de jours comme de nuit tout le monde nous voit (j’ai pris des photos depuis le trottoirs en face pour preuve) Nous sommes comme dans une vitrine, ou alors il faut fermer tous les volets et vivre dans le noir pendant tout son séjour.
Dans la salle de bains il n’y a aucune fenêtre et beaucoup d’humidité ainsi qu’une forte odeur d’égouts.
Le logement ne semble pas ventilé malgré une bouche dans la cuisine et la salle de bain mais aucune entrée d’air
Pour ce qui est de la douche et du lavabo il y a un filet d’eau impossible de se rincer les cheveux correctement.
Les toilettes sont dans la salle de bains et la porte qui est une porte coulissante extrêmement légère ne ferme pas puisqu’elle n’est pas dans l’axe et ne peut donc coulisser jusqu’au bout afin d’être verrouillée très gênant pour l’intimité surtout à 4.
Il n’y a que 2 oreillers pour 4 personnes
La déco et le matériel sont récents, ce qui est par ailleurs bien mis en avant sur les photos afin de rendre ce logement attrayant, cependant la Cafetière elle est ancienne et fuit énormément au point de remplir le plateau en dessous.
