The apartment was clean an and modern and everything worked. Had a nice view of the bay and mountains.
The location is not very convenient. It is a 20 minute walk to the old town and the paths are in poor condition. There is no microwave which would have been useful.
We were also told on our last day that we had to pay for the stay in cash. This was unexpected because it was never mentioned that payment could only be by cash and was very inconvenient.

Spacious rooms. Walking distance to the beach shops and restaurants. Short walk to town. Beautiful balcony view overlooking the bay. Staff were always quick to respond.
There was a kitchen that although had a lot of equipment didn't have the basics like salt and pepper. No coffee press either.

Lovely apartment in a great location & able to walk to everything in Kotor
Needed more water as tap water not drinkable at all. Needed milk for tea

The apartment was immaculate, extremely clean and very well maintained. The bathroom’s handheld bidet spray was a thoughtful touch. We really appreciated the provided parking, as we explored Kotor by car.
The property is in a residential neighbourhood, away from the busiest tourist areas but still within walking distance of Kotor Old Town. Good restaurants and the waterfront are around a ten-minute walk away. The kitchen was useful for preparing basic meals, and our contact was very responsive over WhatsApp.
The Wi-Fi never worked throughout our four-night stay, despite us reporting it three times. Although WhatsApp replies were prompt, the problem was never resolved.
We never met any staff, and clearer arrival instructions would have helped. We only figured out the corridor lights on our second day, after walking up three floors in complete darkness around midnight on arrival.
Our sleep was disturbed during the first two nights by persistent noise inside and around the apartment. Some might have come from the water heater, although we couldn’t confirm the source. early in the morning the dog just beside the home is restless and wakes you up earlier than needed.
The kitchen equipment was limited to very basic cooking. Overall, given the price, we expected a more comfortable stay and better resolution of the issues we raised.
