It was the best hotel we’ve stayed in Japan. The room is very beautiful, bathroom kits were really nice and breakfast was delicious.
A very nice surprise was that the hotel offered a coin payable washing machine for the guests and it was really useful for us.
Location is great, really close to the main spots in Kanazawa.
Nothing, all went well!

The hotel is an interesting design and fairly well appointed. Lots of concrete and intimate. The lounge is lovely. Our room was large and the bed comfortable (although on the ground which isn't great for all.) Breakfast offers 3 choices, western, japanese or thai and quality is good.
The staff while lovely don't speak much english so not ideal. Our room had two steps into the bathroom and water closet which was uncomfortable and could be dangerous. Small closet area with only 2 hangers. Breakfast is communal table.
