It was clean, nice location. Free parking of our rental car - mostly just in front of the apartment.
Quite close to the historic city centre - around 10 minutes. The small beach is nearby, possible to swim and enjoy, but if you want more "classic" beach - need to find somewhere else (go by car).
Very local italian experience.
A huge advantage for us was the jacuzzi. Children really enjoyed it!
The apartment may be a little small for a group of 4 people, especially the kitchen area. But it is only a small drawback compared to all the advantages!

Nice quiet area of Monopoli, close to beaches and a short walk to the historic centre. Hot tub was a bonus although we could only get 1 half of the jets working. Nice hot shower. Monopoli is lovely.
Lighting in the kitchen/living room was a bit stark. Kitchen would also have benefited from having a kettle. The garden area was bigger than expected but very shady/cool for most of the day .. we visited in Sept so would have appreciated a bit of sun although I can see that the shady garden would be a real bonus in the hot summer months

"Location was perfect for our stay as we planned to go to the beaches and chill, but we were also close to the old town to eat dinner.
Also, the jaquzzi was really great, and the big terrace!"
