Nice location
Shower never really got hot. Tepid at best

Location is the very best for access to the important museums and the plaza. The junior suite is spacious and was modern with traditional touches.
The restaurant served abundant tropical fruits and Colombian and Western food, and the restaurant staff was very attentive and friendly. Having the spa available was wonderful to get over air travel and jet lag.
Front desk staff could be a little friendlier. Street noise can be a bit loud.

The location
The building and location are not utilized enough. For such a historical building in historical area, it should be reinnovated and it will be piece of art.
