Welcome to your vacation! This bright, modern, and lovingly furnished vacation apartment in the "Berolina" building is located right next to the beach and offers plenty of space for 4 people
The "Sturmmöwe" vacation apartment features a cozy and modern living/bedroom with a double bed, a flat-screen TV with HD channels, a stereo system, and electric blinds for the floor-to-ceiling windows leading to the furnished balcony. The balcony faces the land and offers a beautiful view of nature, as well as a side view of the sea. Starting at noon, the sun shines in, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. The separate children’s room or bedroom with a bunk bed features an additional flat-screen TV. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes a dining area with a table and chairs. Starting Easter 2024, it will also feature a dishwasher and completely new vinyl flooring. The bathroom is like-new and modern, equipped with a walk-in shower and modern fixtures. The building features a large heated swimming pool with a toddler pool, which you may use free of charge. A solarium, washing machine, and dryer are available for a fee. A table tennis room, bicycle storage areas, and a sun terrace are available in the building at no charge. Your vacation apartment includes an underground parking space (clearance height approx. 180 cm).
