Traveler access
Travelers will have access to the entire top of the very independent villa, the terraces and the swimming pool.
There is a studio attached to the villa, on the garage level, which is rented out yearly to a very discreet person. It has its own entrance and it is not a nuisance for you.

The villa is very open to nature, and you can even see the sea which is very close as the crow flies. The port of Antibes and the ramparts built by Vauban are 2km away easily achievable on foot in 15m.
You can go for a stroll through the old town and have your morning coffee near the very picturesque market.
Or lazing on the terrace at breakfast time is also very pleasant!
The garden is small, but it's still close to the city center, and planted with olive trees.
The charcoal barbecue on the terrace will be very practical for your meals. There is also a plancha.
You can park 2 cars within the grounds.
It is an area of small and large villas where the neighbors are very helpful.
