About this house rental
The cottage (for 2 people maximum) is quietly located in the hamlet of a small Burgundy village (in Collonge 71700 LA CHAPELLE-SOUS-BRANCION). It is located in the triangle TOURNUS, CLUNY and CHALON-SUR-SAONE. This cottage is ideally located for tourist visits of Burgundy and also for the many hikes from the house in the small flat or very hilly paths between vineyards, pastures and forests.
This cottage is comfortable, sleeps 2 (2 bedrooms) on a plot of 1500 m² with its pleasant terrace equipped with garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs. Private parking in the courtyard.
You can find in this pretty little village a local farmers' market every Monday afternoon and 3 km from the gîte organic bread and pastries made in an artisanal way...
The cottage is composed of:
- a large and very bright living room with large screen TV/TNT/, corner sofa + fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer.
- a storeroom for storage with washing machine.
- a bathroom with shower, bathtub, heated towel rail and hairdryer,
- Separate toilet.
- 2 bedrooms with wall cupboards (each bedroom has a 140 bed for 2 people).
- large terrace with Jarfin lounge, barbecue....
- Board games + library + tourist documentation.
- ATTENTION: pets are not allowed.
