The house was built in the 17th century and completely renovated in the 1980s. It now has a total of 3 rooms spread over 3 floors and a vaulted cellar that is approximately 500 years old. The first floor features a small living area and a shower with a toilet. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a separate kitchen. The attic also features a bedroom with a double bed and a toilet. Both the first floor and the first floor each have two office workstations with height-adjustable desks and monitors. (You’ll need to bring your own laptop :-) Printer, scanner, Wi-Fi: of course!!! Perfect for a workation!!!

With its amenities, the house is ideal for trade show visitors who need space and may still need to work, but also for smaller groups (up to 4 people) who want to visit their family or explore Cologne.

The property can accommodate up to 4 people.

For 1 guest or a couple, you can choose one of the two bedrooms (the other bedroom will then not be available); all other rooms can, of course, be used.

For 2 guests who both need a bedroom, the entire house is available.
