Nadat we op zaterdagmiddag waren aangekomen zagen we dat het appartement erg vies was. We konden ook de auto niet in de garage zetten want de afstandsbediening werkte niet. Omdat het kantoor gesloten was tot maandag besloten we om het zelf schoon te maken, omdat we zo onze vakantie niet wilden beginnen. Behalve het verstopte doucheputje, daar begonnen we niet aan. Dat zat dus helemaal vol met haar. Dat moet de schoonmaakster toch ook gemerkt hebben..........als ze de douche had gereinigd!! We hebben een uitgebreide mail gestuurd van wat er allemaal mis was, maar zij nemen geen verantwoording en zien af van compensatie. Het gaat ons niet zo zeer om compensatie, we willen mensen waarschuwen voor deze echt vieze plek. De host zegt nu dat ze de problemen opgelost hebben, maar dat is dus NIET zo. Dat hebben we zelf gedaan. Wij hebben zelf de vloer, kookplaat, koelkast, diepvriezer, keukengerei etc schoongemaakt. We hebben zelf uitgezocht welke sleutels waar voor dienden. Dan sta je voor het complex en er zijn 3 portieken. Alle sleutels proberen en eindelijk in portiek 2 was het raak. Daarna weer alle sleutels voor onze voordeur. Ook HEEL VEEL last van HONDERDEN motmuggen die uit het riool komen. Die pikken/bijten niet, maar besmetten wel je voedsel. Als we weg gingen moesten we telkens het rolluik laten zakken want de balkondeur kon niet op slot! Zo jammer dit allemaal, want het is een prachtige locatie. We kunnen ook niet begrijpen dat mensen een voldoende geven voor dit appartement. Het hele jaar moeten wij (2 bejaarden) sparen voor deze vakantie en dan is dit echt een domper op onze vakantie.

La terraza, la cercanía a la playa a unos 15 metros, chiringuitos en el paseo marítimo; Hay restaurante, un comercio, un asador de pollos a tan solo 60 metros.

Nos dieron las llaves del apartamento a 6 kilómetros del apartamento, el parquin ubicado en otro edificio colindante. El código de acceso al edificio erra erróneo y un vecino nos dijo cual era, apenas había caudal de agua en la casa sobre todo en la ducha. No se puede echar doble cierre a la puerta de la calle porque casi nos tiramos 10 minutos para poderla abrir desde el exterior.

La terraza, la cercanía a la playa a unos 15 metros, chiringuitos en el paseo marítimo; Hay restaurante, un comercio, un asador de pollos a tan solo 60 metros.

Nos dieron las llaves del apartamento a 6 kilómetros del apartamento, el parquin ubicado en otro edificio colindante. El código de acceso al edificio erra erróneo y un vecino nos dijo cual era, apenas había caudal de agua en la casa sobre todo en la ducha. No se puede echar doble cierre a la puerta de la calle porque casi nos tiramos 10 minutos para poderla abrir desde el exterior.
