Dissatisfaction & disappointed
Spacious enough to fit 11 adults and 1 kid.
First of all, sorry that i need to be sincere. This rate will help next customer to find a better house for them to rest and stay. Of all the homestay that we stayed in other states, we quite disappointed on the hospitality by Alawa Homes:
Cons:
1. The instruction to check-in was not deliver to us upfront. We are completely ready to checkin and we was near to homestay area. Only then around 2.38pm when we WhatsApp, admin said need to collect keys at office. This should be written/notify earlier to me after my booking.
2. About the rm200 deposit kerosakan. This should be included in Booking.com so that we prepare earlier. We respect the rules but it should be written somewhere. However, I couldn’t find it written during online booking.
3. About the water pressure, admin should be sensitive on this Basic Needs. I believe anyone who booked the house, surely will come in a group more than 10pax. The water consumption also will increase, happens that 2 of us using toilet and out of sudden no water. We need to fill up water in pails and lift up to level 3. This is inconvenient. Should had notify us earlier and we can get prepare with pail at the toilet. Or the best, admin to prepare the pail at level 2&3 room.
4. connecting room at Level 3, one of the room no stand fan. Noted there are 1 stand fan at dining area, but should had prepare 1 fan for that room.
Other than above, all are fine. Thanks for your hospitality and accept our booking. Hope with changes/improvement made soon from your team will increase your rating in future.
