Have stayed here before. Lovely apartments with everything u could want . ( sky sport a particular bonus with the all blacks playing ). Great location. Spotless unit. Very pleasant manager Neville. Handy to restaurants & cafes. Parking outside your unit door.

Good location for access to the beach, Nelson city Centre and surroundings, good size apartments with everything you could need. Secure private parking.
Noisy at times due to being next to a busy intersection, and car wash that had music blasting out. Could hear doors in the building opening and closing at all times.
