What a beautiful apartment. The views were stunning and loved the outdoor space. Tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Palina was so friendly and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. The beach was only a short walk away.

Der freundliche, zuverlässige und sympathische Empfang durch Palina (!)
Natürlich die fantastische Aussicht.
Perfekte Ausstattung mit allem, was für Selbstversorgung gebraucht wird.
Die Wohnung zeigt deutliche Gebrauchsspuren und Hinterlassenschaften der (vormaligen?) Eigner, uns hat das sehr gefallen, auch ein bisschen unsere Neugier geweckt und die Hoffnung, dass künftige Gäste damit liebevoll und wertschätzend umgehen.
Das ist wahrscheinlich nicht jedermanns Sache, wer Wert auf klinisch reine, stylische Atmosphäre ohne persönliche Note legt, ist hier wahrscheinlich falsch.
Es hat alles funktioniert, WLAN war immer mal wieder unterbrochen, aber sofort wieder da, wenn man sich erneut eingeloggt hat. Es gibt, soweit wir es verstanden haben nur 7 portugiesische Fernsehprogramme, das war für uns völlig egal: das beste „Programm“ ist das Panorama der Fensterfront der Terrasse.
Es gibt einen zugehörigen Tiefgaragenstellplatz, der für einen normalen PKW geeignet ist, für unseren Transporter war er zu niedrig, (aber es gab andere, ausreichend hohe Stellplätze und die Garage war nicht voll.)
Müllentsorgung ist nicht am Haus, das ist ortsüblich, in Laufnähe (ca. 200m) befinden sich Abwurfstellen zur Mülltrennung (Glas, Papier, Verpackungsmaterial, Restmüll).
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Logement agréable avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour. La vue sur la rivière et la mer est superbe, et la terrasse est idéale pour manger en toute sérénité. L’accueil a été chaleureux et sympathique. Une belle adresse que je recommande.”

Tout était parfait, l’hôte était très claire dans toutes les instructions pour le check in, elle est toujours joignable, et nous envoyait chaque matin des messages pour s’assurer que tout se passe bien.
Maison très très équipée, avec une terrasse avec une vue très belle vue dégagée, on y voit même la mer.
situation géographique parfaite, à 5 minutes à pieds de la plage et 3miutes du centre de armaçao de pera.

Le jardin manquait d’un peu d’eau, c’est dommage, mais je pense que cela ne nous regarde pas trop honnêtement, c’est juste qu’on espérait que ça ressemblait un peu aux photos, on est peut-être venus en mauvaise saison
