Location, breakfast and room layout were excellent.
Drink and food prices too high

Breakfast was very good. Did not expect that much changes on a day to day basis so that was wonderful.
The complimentary shuttle to Emporium mall was good and convenient.
It would have been nice if the photos on booking.com showed the bathtubs for all room types. It wasn't shown for Tussah Studio so I wasn't sure if the room came with a bathtub.
The lobby was rather warm on my check out day at about 11am / 23Oct.

We stayed in the Chiffon Studio (With Balcony) on the 15th floor and stayed for 2 nights. The view was very nice. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The washer/dryer was very convenient and worked perfectly. We had a problem with half of the lights not working, including in the closet room. Hotel staff were quick to respond and fixed the circuit that caused the problem. The drain in the shower room seemed to be clogged, as it took hours to drain, but fortunately didn't overflow into the rest of the bathroom. The hotel staff sent us a very nice note apologizing for the inconvenience along with a lovely fruit plate, which we appreciated. All hotel staff were very nice and helpful. There is an excellent breakfast with many options. The location is very good, with many shops and restaurants within walking distance.
The lobby was beautiful but had a very strong perfume scent that irritated my nose. Dialing that back a little would be great. It would still smell good but not be overwhelming.
