The area was so convenient for our stay to attend a football game. Home was very comfortable. Yard was very nice. Was very nice to have the garage.
Small main bathroom that needs grout replaced and some updating. Ant issue out on patio. Pool is not heated for year round use. Short on silverware and plates. Really enjoyed the home and location though.

Loved the pool and the space..washer and dryer were great to have. We had a well stocked kitchen and we added to the stock as well.

The host were gracious enough to get us in half hour early than checkin time however it took awhile to have them text back the code.
This house was nice in some ways i.e., new stove, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator (although the ice maker didn’t work) and backyard and needs work such as updated guest bathtub and dirty baseboards. The beds (excluding the master) are super hard. One of the bedrooms just has a mattress and not box spring. The location is a bit sketchy and sometimes super noisy which includes traffic and loud music from neighbors. The backyard is perhaps the greatest feature of the house. It’s truly beautiful with the pool and lights strung across the yard. However, it was a bit annoying to try and obtain the garage door opener since the previous renters had taken it. Also the furniture needed cleaning but they took care of it quickly. There are just some things that the host needed to taken care of especially if you’re to to stay for a month like us. Communication with the host needs improvement. Although when they did, they were very polite.
