Hôte très réactif et aimable

La maison n'est pas tres bien entretenue. Un coup d'entretien en profondeur serait nécessaire. Il manque beaucoup de vaisselle. Le ménage est très superficiel. La 4e chambre n'avait finalement plus de couchage, contrairement à ce qui etait annoncé. Il y avait seulement deux matelas au sol, lit non fait... quand on se déplace pour un motif professionnel c'est pas très agréable de dormir sur un matelas au sol

In breve: (+) la posizione della casa vicino ai supermercati ed ad un buon ristorante (-) la casa in foto risulta più bella del reale; c’è un solo WC per 5/6 persone. La pulizia é totalmente da rivedere. (-) comunicazione poco chiara da parte dell’host

E’ la prima volta che ci capita di trovare su booking un alloggio con punteggio 9.0 che non è stato pulito prima di far entrare gli ospiti. La comunicazione con l’host al momento della prenotazione è stata buona; ci siamo accordati per un late self check-in e un late self check-out. Non ci sono state però fornite informazioni per il codice di accesso se non intorno alle 23 del giorno del check-in (sul sito era indicato che ci sarebbero state fornite una settimana prima). L’host ad ogni modo ci ha aspettato per fare il check-in. Pur essendo tardi e buio abbiamo trovato l’appartamento in uno stato non accettabile. Di seguito un breve elenco: polvere sui mobili e soprammobili, pentole non utilizzabili, forno e forno microonde sporchi, bollitore con resti di pasta all’interno, cassetto delle posate con peli e capelli, dei vetri per terra in una delle stanze, presenza di ragni. Il giorno successivo abbiamo contattato l’host per far effettuare delle pulizie supplementari e portarci lenzuola ed asciugamani aggiuntivi (rivelatisi poi sporchi). Nell’attesa avevamo già comprato prodotti per le pulizie ed addirittura delle pentole nuove per poter cucinare una pasta. La signora delle pulizie si è mostrata comunque disponibile nonostante nell’appartamento non ci fosse né una scopa né un aspirapolvere (uno degli ospiti infatti è molto allergico alla polvere). L’host ci ha rassicurato che ci avrebbe risarcito le pulizie già effettuate da noi e gli articoli acquistati al supermercato la mattina del secondo giorno. La tentazione di andare a dormire in un altro hotel per le successive tre notti è stata forte. Siamo comunque rimasti nell’appartamento e abbiamo chiesto un rimborso subito dopo la partenza per compensare il disagio della prima notte. Ieri l’host ci ha confermato che non ci sarà alcun rimborso da parte loro, dopo averci detto per 20 giorni che si trova all’estero per problemi professionali e personali.

La maison n'est pas tres bien entretenue. Un coup d'entretien en profondeur serait nécessaire. Il manque beaucoup de vaisselle. Le ménage est très superficiel. Il y avait seulement deux matelas au sol, lit non fait... quand on se déplace pour un motif professionnel c'est pas très agréable de dormir sur un matelas au sol
