I very much enjoyed my stay in this compact studio. It is new and clean. All the facilities worked well EXCEPT that the owner decided to remove the heater out of the room. When I was there the nights in particular were quite cold.
So please be aware of this if you decide to stay here. Other than that I would happilly recommend this compact studio for its excellent location and the friendly and professional estate agent who runs it.
The fact that there was no heater in the room.

Directly on the boulevard. Beautiful view over the city skyline. Best view on the sunrise. Much storage space.
Frequent blackouts, for hours could not cook myself or charge phone. Door to the appartment is very hard to open!
