The central location is very good for sightseeing and there is also a good selection of restaurants within walking distance.

Location is excellent for a visit to Perpignan. You are on the doorstep for many restaurants, bars & central shops etc. We had a nice view of the canal in front of the hotel. Despite being in the centre we weren't disturbed by noise. It was excellent value for money for a high season visit. Staff are friendly and there are several 24hr secure car parks nearby. We found Central was the cheapest. Rooms are basic but comfortable with good air con. This is our 3rd visit here. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it for advantage of its location.
There appears to be work going on in hotel so lots of bare wood /chipboard on view. It doesn't affect your stay but the hotel is need of some refurbishment.

Good location..
The hotel was old and our room was noisy because there was a bar downstairs across the alleyway, and its patrons continued singing and fraternizing into the wee hours. The hotel is not attended overnight, and the breakfast was late. The kettle was dirty.
